Shipping times

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery times

• Italy: within 3 business days
• European Union: 3-10 business days, depending on the destination country (delivery times vary significantly by country: some European destinations may take 6-7 business days)
• Rest of the world (non-EU countries): 5-10 business days

Shipments to islands usually take one extra business day. The times listed above are estimates based on the courier's usual performance and may vary due to customs, local holidays, or disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination, and are always visible in your cart before you confirm your order, so you know exactly what you're paying.

The shipping cost does not include any taxes, duties, or customs fees applied by the destination country. For non-EU orders, VRZShop is not responsible for customs costs or local taxes that may be charged upon receipt of the parcel.

Failed delivery or unreachable recipient

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you smoothly, but if the courier is unable to deliver the parcel because the recipient could not be reached, or because the recipient refused to accept it, the parcel is returned to us and the shipping costs incurred (outbound and, if applicable, return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. We cannot cover shipping costs generated by a failed delivery that is not our responsibility.

To avoid this kind of inconvenience, please make sure the delivery details entered when placing your order are correct, and track your parcel once you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on VRZShop's part (wrong item, defective product, or damage occurred during transport): in those cases, the return shipping cost is covered by us.

Where can I find my order confirmation email?

As soon as you confirm your order, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout, containing all your order details. Please make sure the email address you provided is correct.

If you don't see the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there either, contact us at info@vrzshop.com and we'll send you a copy of your order confirmation.
